Role: Sr. Graphic Designer
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research of U.S. market to identify new trends,  to enhance current offerings and to translate findings to mass merchant products for supplies product lines;

  • Create new product layouts, and package design using creative suites software, such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw;

  • Create and product specification sketches to the overseas designers to assure that precise samples are produced by the overseas factory;

  • Review all product samples before presenting them to consumers to assure optimal construction and  details and compliance with quality parameters;

  • Devise a procedure for the entire design process that breaks each the process down into its basic elements, and set measurable benchmarks to assure timely completion of the various processes;

  • Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely development of product lines and convey all pertinent information to the Production Manager to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with specifications;

  • Coordinate with support teams in Asia  to intercommunicate product design and packaging for finalizing costs;

  • Make recommendations for and establish design and process improvements to enhance productivity and anticipate trends and market needs.

Requires: Masters in Graphic Design or related, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of CAD designing experience. The USA or foreign equivalent degrees accepted.

Role: eCommerce Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Bison Production Company is looking Online Analyst for Amazon Marketplace, a detail-oriented team player to manage listings and grow sales on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Amazon Marketplace Associate will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, maintaining existing accounts as well as setting up new ones, and growing revenue through each marketplace. Through analytic-driven product merchandising, this role is charged with delivering the best possible offering, driving best-in-class customer service and effective marketing communications, while delivering measurable results through Amazon and other marketplaces

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create, manage, and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.

  • Shipping and Receiving and Data Entry.

  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing.

  • Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.

  • Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly.

  • Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.

  • Lead projects and objectives that improve operations within each marketplace.

  • Manage and maintain strategies on Amazon FBA

Qualifications and Skills

  • One years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.

  • Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.

Bison Production Company is looking for Digital Marketing Manager a detail-oriented team player to manage online sales, marketing for a portfolio of products in Industrial Safety, Industrial Cleaning, Food Safety, Household, and Health Care for all online marketplaces. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing, sales, listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, maintaining existing accounts as well as setting up new ones, and growing revenue through each marketplace. Through analytics-driven product merchandising, this role is charged with delivering the best possible offering, driving best-in-class customer service and effective marketing communications, while delivering measurable results through Amazon and other marketplaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create marketing plans for online marketplaces to grow sales

  • Create, manage, and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
